Hi, I’m glad that you’ve found here. The first step for cooperation is always getting to know each other. My name is Sylvia Czarnecki and I’m a trainer for positive reinforcement with horses. With my horse „Tarek“ and my dog „Faye“, I’m living in Vettweiß in the west of Germany. Honestly motivated – that is not only a principle for my horse training, but a philosophy of life! When I do something, I do it with all my heart. For over 17 years I train horses  with positive reinforcement and clicker training. Just as I imagine the communication between horse and human, so I find this also desirable for the communication between me and my students. Not only horses learn best through positive reinforcement.

Sylvia Czarnecki – Positive reinforcement from the depth of the heart

Since 2009 I’m professionally working as a trainer and horse behavior consultant, helping horses and their owners to get a better connection and partnership. My practical focus is clickertraining in all its shapes, especially health work with positive reinforcement, tricktraining and giving the horse more choice and control to increase their welfare. I’m dedicated in dealing with positive resolutions of so called problematic behavior and building trust in „challenging“ horses, that once lost their trust and connection to humans. Another goal is to familiarize horse owner with the scientific background in a comprehensible manner and therefore to raise the practical level in clicker training too. In addition to teaching and working as a teacher, I write books on positive reinforcement training and regularly publish articles on my own blog „Motionclick.de“ and in various magazines and online portals.
In 2011 my book „It’s Showtime: Circus Tricks: Learning Fun for Horses and Riders“, which has become a standard work in the field of tricktraining. In 2016 „Honestly motivated – positive training with horses“ followed as a basic book for positive horse training (with and without clicker), which is my absolute heart project. I wish that every horse trainer and owner has this book on his shelf! Sadly, this one isn’t translated yet, but hopefully coming soon in english too!

My education, or: „Standstill is regression!“
